Q- How long will it take to receive my first issues?
A- It takes approximately six to ten weeks for your first new issues to arrive. Generally, weekly magazines start before monthly issues. Renewals will simply continue without interruption after your current subscription expires. If your first payment comes due before all your magazines start, please don't be alarmed as we guarantee your full and complete service regardless of the actual starting date.
Q- What if I move?
A- We will take care of your change of address with each publisher for you. For simplicity you may notify us at our toll-free number (888) 369-7323 Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST, or send us an email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q- May I order additional magazines on my same account?
A- Absolutely, we'll be happy to send you our current selection list if needed and we'll add as many new selections or renewals as you like. Your additional rate will be combined with your present billing for added convenience.
Q- Do you send gift subscriptions?
A- Yes, magazine subscriptions make wonderful gifts, for any special occasion. We'll even send a nice gift card with your best wishes or other salutation of your choice.
Q- What different payment options do I have?
A- For your convenience, you may select from direct invoicing in which you may pay by check or money order or the more popular method of payment deduction through either a major credit card (we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover) or the Pre-Authorized Check method automatically withdrawn once a month. You have the further option of changing your method of payment to any of the above at anytime during the service.
Q- What is your Cancellation Policy?
A- Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of the time they are placed. We will not cancel any order after it has been sent to a publisher.
Q- What guarantees do you offer?
A- - We guarantee you a frozen price without any increases for any reason throughout the term of your service.
- We guarantee all your issues to come regularly and on time. If you ever receive damaged copies or miss any deliveries for any reason, we will extend your service accordingly.
- If any of your selections cease publication, we will substitute a choice from our current list.
- All guarantees and terms are listed in writing.
